Error 401 but rest api working

    Hello I’ve got this message

    Technical details:

    Error: Request failed with status code 401

    but rest api is working since on this site I’m using it for DHL. Since the site is not yet online and the access is password protected, I’m just guessing if this could cause the problems.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Review forms will not be able to transfer reviews to password-protected sites. You are correct in thinking that this is the cause of the error.
