• Hi,

    I have a news-mail-subscription-form on my site.

After submit (with a proper e-mail), i will get this message.

    “n error occurred.
MailChimp HTTP 400 – The resource submitted could not be validated. For field-specific details, see the ‘errors’ array.
This Message is not visible for site visitors.”

I do just understand a basic of html. Where in the WP or Elementor dashboard should i look for try on solutions?

    Thank you!

  • What did you use to create the subscription form?

If it’s the Elementor plugin, kindly ask in the Elementor plugin’s own support forum, so the plugin’s developers and user community can help you.

    Good luck!

Yes, it is build with elementor. But is it a own plug-in? Or is the form settings included in the elementor plug in?

    Thanks for rreply!

Either way, if it is related to Elementor then you’ll need to ask them on their site for support and not these forums.

Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.6.5 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
