Aquí tienes la traducción al inglés:

    Hello, good day.

I have a problem with this error: ERROR: 400 BAD_REQUEST “400 BAD_REQUEST “API GET Error to Users Vault.

This occurs when the client wants to make the payment from the checkout page by entering their data and card with Mercado Pago. Upon completing the purchase, the error appears in the header of the section.

    I am using
    Theme Hello Elementor
    Elementor Pro + WooCommerce.

    Use this credit card test: 5031 7557 3453 0604 11/25 123

I only have one product, I have already followed all the steps I saw in other forums, and the error continues.

    Thanks

    Hi @jfddelacuba

The error “400 BAD_REQUEST” is typically returned when the request made to the server is malformed or incorrect in some way.

In this case, it could be related to the settings of your Mercado Pago plugin or the API keys used for integration. Please ensure that you’ve correctly set up the Mercado Pago plugin by following the official documentation. Additionally, make sure that the API keys you’re using for the integration are correct and active.

If you’re still encountering this issue after checking these settings, it would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance. This is a third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope.

Please let us know how it goes, and don’t hesitate to ask if you have any further questions or issues.

    Hello

I have these messages in Woocommerce status

The page does not contain the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode or the woocommerce/cart block.
Checkout: The page does not contain the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.

But I am using the elements ee Elementor Pro and it is configuring as the Cart and Check Out page

    Could this be?

    Thanks

    Hi there @jfddelacuba

The page does not contain the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode or the woocommerce/cart block.
Checkout: The page does not contain the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.

Feel free to go ahead and set the Cart and Checkout blocks, in the Cart and Checkout pages at your store, respectfully, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise.

I am using the elements ee Elementor Pro and it is configuring as the Cart and Check Out page

    Could this be?

If the issue persists, after testing with the Cart and Checkout blocks mentioned above, best to proceed with a?conflict test, as detailed here.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

Hello, I already solved the problem.

The problem was with the hosting server, which I don’t know why some settings were modified.

The upload_tmp_dir setting in the php.ini was wrong
I have changed it to upload_tmp_dir=/home2/hosting?????us/tmp/

That’s why it sent a server error.

I hope it helps someone if the same thing happens to them.
