error 32300, publicize

My blog is https://www.laurelsbylaurie.net. I need help with this error. I have had my blog on publicize on Facebook and Twitter for almost a year and a few weeks ago the host contacted me to say I was way over on usage. I wrote back to the host and told them it’s not me. They contacted me back and said they found it and they were going to fix it. That very same day my Publicize for Facebook fell off and to try and add it back I get error 32300. I have been up all night trying to fix this. The developer can’t figure it out and the host is trying to figure it out. Thank you. Laurie Oharra
