Hi – We had the canonical settings enabled, so that we could use either https://welshspitfire.org or https://www.welshspitfire.org

All of a sudden we are now getting an error 310 Too many redirects. I feel sure its something to do with the canonical setting as you can see the two urls above looping in the bottom left of the monitor, and then eventually receiving the error page.

To check if canonical is to blame, how do I turn off canonical in the database as I can’t access the website dashboard. The reason for it not working might be down to the fact the host server is currently having problems with a different incident, with the hosting people doing work to get it fixed (I find it a coincidence that this has happened at the same time).

    Thanks

Hi – I’ve found out the culprit. Its the Prestashop Integration Plugin, once I deactivated it everything worked fine. I was using 3.6 version of WordPress.
