Error: 24: Hashtag feed no longer working

Getting the error: “Error: 24: The Hashtag “XXXXX” requested by the user either cannot be seen due to missing permissions, is invalid or doesn’t exist.”
Normally when the plugin stops working it just needs the token refreshed, but now it seems even when completely disconnected and reconnecting the account itself we cannot pull in ANY hashtags. Pulling in a user’s feed works though. Not sure if there is something changed with Instagram’s API or if there’s a plugin issue/issue with our account. It’s worked for about a year or so!
