Error #2044 when uploading images

  • I didn’t install this blog, but I now maintain it. The installer just switched to 2.5.1 and now I can’t upload images. I receive this error:
    Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2038: File I/O Error.

    Any one have a clue what is happening here?

  • I’m getting the same thing. I did find a fix that goes into the htaccess file but somehow after loading images the htaccess gets overwritten again.
