  • Hi,

    1. Make sure that your Calendar page is set to the right page in the settings.
    2. No need to use shortcode on a page set as the default in the plugin settings.
    3. Try turning on/off “Strict compatibility content filtering” in Events -> Settings –> Viewing Events.
    4. Try turning on/off “Use frontend rendering” in Events -> Settings –> Advanced.

Do you use “iThemes Security” plugin?

Thanks for your answer Benjamin. I finally fixed this issue, which was caused because there were two pages with similar name, one of them was as draft and it apparently made conflict with calendar fecth.

I wonder if you have any other support contact for customers who have purchased the core+ version of your plugin? I didn’t find anything where to contact you faster.

I need to open a new topic with another question with this plugin.
    Thanks.

No problem, I am glad you find a way through the issue.

Timely relies on the community to support our WordPress plugin users, but we monitor the forums for posts from Core+ users and we will help you as soon as possible.

If you’re looking for more support, check out our Hosted Hub/Pro calendars.

    Thanks,
    Ben
