Like others, I’ve been using Duplicator a long time and it works as expected. Until today.

In trying to create a package, I get the Server Status: 200 -OK during both scan and build. The build never finishes, obviously. The error itself must be a thousand lines long, but I’ll paste a bit of it.

Made no changes to the site. I did uninstall and reinstall the plugin, but that didn’t assist. Duplicator worked fine on this same site only a week ago.

    Error Message:

  • Hi Phenn,

You may have to submit a support ticket, I’m not sure what is causing the issue. Click on the Help link in the plugin and follow the prompts till you see ‘Basic Help’…

Cory, thanks for your response. Turns out this was a permissions issue on my hosting service and not the plugin itself. All’s corrected and good. Your attention is very much appreciated.

Excellent! Glad you got it worked out…
