Error 200

After I install and activate de WP-phpmyadmin plugin I kan 1 time goto Enter local phpMyAdmin and after that I get Error 200:
And WordPress sends me an email see below.
Somtimes after a day or 2 and de-activate the plug-in I can get into Local phpmyadmin 1 time again.

Could you please help to get rit of this error,
