• Hello,

I cannot create any new or update any older newsletter because I get an error with the message “Updating failed. Could not update the meta value of campaign_data in database.”

Please let me know how to solve the issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I’m not able to reproduce this on any of our test sites. Temporarily disable all your other plugins and test to see if this is a plugin conflict.

If its not then send the following details:-

    • WordPress version.
    • Noptin version.
    • Active theme and version (if this is available on www.remarpro.com).
    • When this issue started.
    • Any plugins related to post meta or custom fields that you might be using.

This will help us reproduce the issue on our end.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
I’m actually experiencing the same issue. In my case it is triggered by using emojis (invoked by Win+.) in the body of an email campaign. Whenever I put an emoji into the content, I’m prevented from saving it. I’ve tried using emojis in regular posts or pages and everything worked as expected – no issues. I wonder if that might’ve been the culprit in the OP’s case as well and if there’s any fix.
    Thanks.
