    Hello Support-Team,

    I would like to use the BSR plug-in instead another. But unfortunately I got the error “decrease the max …”

    I decreased the pages from 5000 to 2000 in the settings

    The memory limit in WP config is already on 512 MB, which seems to be pretty high already.

    Question: Is it necessary to put this even higher or can I do anything else to be able to use BSR?

    Thanks for sending that in.

    Can you please try editing your wp-config.php file to replace this line –

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    With these lines –

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

    This means that any errors are logged to /wp-content/debug.log, because some errors are not visible on screen.

    Can you try the process again and then send on the debug.log file if created please. You can copy and paste it on your next response or upload it on a site and send the link here.

    Thank you very much for your superfast response!

    Belive it or not, this morning i could perform the replacement. I did what you asked for, but do you still need the log?

    Could the reasons be like I am working currently in Thailand and sometimes with poor net?

    I really appriciate your plug-in and prefer to use it instead of similar plug-ins.
