    I found the solution to make the shortcode work:
    1) insert the shortcode with “static” “false” and save the page
    2) change the “static” shortcode to “true” and save the page

    Strange behavior, because the static option cannot affect the appearance of the embed code on the page in any way. But in some situations, it does not appear for you. Maybe the page is being cached somehow?
