My site is not live/published, and I am unable to provide a link as it is for a small organization that is not meant to be for the public. When I attempt to login (on preview and on private page) I get an error page stating “there has been a critical error on the website”. WordPress support was able to tell me it appears there is a conflict with my Ultimate Members and WooCommerce. This is the error code they found.

[23-Mar-2023 14:16:18 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “um_message_content” in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/core/class-access.php on line 1237ZZ

I am desperate and would love to find a way to fix this. Additionally if there is a phone number I could call to find support that would also be greatly appreciated.

If you have content restriction on the login page, try to remove the restriction.

If you are using PHP 8.2 or 8.1 try a rollback to PHP 8.0

I think changed the restriction of the page worked! Thank you so much!
