After the last update yesterday, this problem occurred on both of my sites.
At first, I thought it was from the theme because it is the only common factor between the two sites, and I sent to the support for the theme and they told me that this problem was not from the theme, so I started to disable the plugin one by one until I reached that Jetpack is the reason, and both sites returned to work after disabling it,

The screenshots you provided are for the home pages of the sites,
And after disabling the Jetpack, it will be like this

    Hi there,

Could you please first uninstall and reinstall the Jetpack plugin ? then connect the Jetpack to your site again via your WordPress.com account.

Check for the issue, if it is still there, go for the next step below.

Go to the Jetpack Modules page on your site.

    It will be here [yoursite.com]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules.

Then deactivate all modules and check for the issue. If this time issue resolves, please activate modules back again one by one and check for the issue in between.

Once you find out which module is creating the issue here, please let us know. Most likely the module which is creating the issue has the same function that is already available on your site via any third-party plugin or the theme.
