    Hi @psiim18, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out.

    Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – Have you tried a fresh uninstall/reinstall of the plugin?
    – Have you tried connecting to another Audience?

    Hello,

    – Mailchimp for woocommerce plugin version is 2.6.2
    – Yes I did uninstall and reinstall, but unfortunately not fix that problem
    – I have Mailchimp free version not possible to add a new Audience.

    How to find a solution to a problem?

    Hi @psiim18, thanks for the note back. Could you delete the existing audience, create a new one and try a resync with the most up to date version of the plugin? Let us know if that fixes the issue. If not please let us know if you see any fatal logs in the Mailchimp “Logs” area.
