Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re unable to view the Site Kit dashboard as expected. Based on your second comment it sounds like you may be encountering a general WordPress issue, as opposed to being Site Kit specific. If you want to share the following I’d be happy to check and see if this Site Kit related:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you notice any warnings or critical action items when checking your Site Health status?

Thanks for sharing your Site Health information. As you already have the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin active please attempt the below:

    1. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    2. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    3. Attempt to view the Site Kit dashboards once more

After doing so please let me know if you encounter the same notice. If so please share whether you are shown any critical errors when checking the Site Health status?

@strictlysocialnz It sounds like another plugin is resulting in this critical error. If you wish to once again use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin you can re-enable other plugins once my one, checking for the same issue each time. You can then also re-active your WordPress theme while in troubleshooting mode, it’s possible there may be theme functions or customizations conflicting with plugins your site setup.

As the issue may also be server related you can also perform a search on troubleshooting such issues, or checking the Fixing WordPress forums, with topics such as this one describing how to check your error logs.

Let me know if you need assistance checking your plugins using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. You’ve successfully checked Site Kit using the same plugin so it’s just a case of performing more checks with your other plugins.
