    Many thanks for that information.

    It looks like there’s a child theme in use here, and the versions of theme from child to parent differ quite dramatically.

    Are you able to detail what (if any) custom development has taken place please?

    My advice in the first instance here would be, to generate a new child theme, from the most up to date version the parent theme.

    No core was actioned, customisation was mainly the front end appearance (CSS) only

    I see no error messages when I visit your site. Here is a screenshot of what I see at this link: https://d.pr/i/hpBKuS

    If you activate Shoreditch (the parent theme) instead of the Shoreditch child theme you created, does the error message go away? i.e. is it only an issue when the child theme is active?
