    Hi @antonioadamo2

    For migration please use this plugin:
    https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.0.7.992.zip

    It won’t solve your current issue but it has a lot of improvements for migration process which will give your better results after all.

    Your issue is related to broken ZIP (during download).
    Possible reasons:
    – Your source server has download limit and it cuts the file during download
    – Your source server does not support PHP download (which also should disallow you from downloading it manually)
    – Backup plugin is disabled on source server
    – URL you provided is not correct

    Steps to fix it:
    – Confirm that you can download the Backup ZIP file manually and try to unzip it.
    – If you can easily download it and unzip (full size) the issue may be related to destination server cURL
    – Nevertheless if you already has downloaded ZIP you can try to upload it manually (you can find a button a below backup list)

    – If downloaded backup is not complete / broken, download it via FTP, then upload it manually to destination server.

    In future we will allow to disable the security option of backup files which should make the backups insecure but possible to download no matter what.
