  • Hi, I have used the plugin without problems to date.
    I have not made any changes to the site and I have not installed plugins, but suddenly when I try to open a ticket they do not open anymore and in the console I see many errors as per screenshot https://prnt.sc/s9llv6, how can I solve?

    Hello @andreaguerra80,

    It may conflict with some other plugin or theme. You can troubleshoot this yourself by disabling all plugins and activating them one by one. This way you will find the plugin causing the conflict. The same applies to the theme, if you didn’t find conflict with any plugin, try changing the theme and if the issue is gone, it is a conflict with your theme. Please note, the theme should not be changed directly on the live server, sometimes you may lose settings.

    Also, clear your browser and site cache and then recheck the issue.
