    Hi,

I have an error showing in plugin dashboard saying :

    Error

    Mailer : Sendinblue
    Problem : Subject is required

I think it happened when someone tried to retrieve his password (I use S2member). But when I send an email test, the message disappears.

Can you explain me what does that mean ?

    Thanks a lot !

    Sophie

  • Hi @contentologue,

The issue looks like with the email being sent with empty Subject. Please check if the email sent from S2member has a properly formatted subject.

    Thanks!

    Thank you for your answer.

Yes, the plugin always has subjects for any email (registration, etc).

Curiously, this problem happened only once and never occured again…

Could it be caused by something else ?

    Thank you !

    Hi @contentologue,

the error message you got is quite clear: “Subject is required”. WP tried to send an email, but the subject was for some reason not defined.

Maybe this was a glitch and it won’t happen again. If it does, it would be great if you could pinpoint the email that is causing it. This would allow us to debug and help you fix the issue.

These email delivery errors are displaying in your admin dashboard as long as the next email is successfully delivered. So your test email was successful and “deleted” the error notice.

    Have a nice day!

If it’s happening again, I will see with S2member to get which email could cause this.

    Thank you !
