Error

  • I have created my first link, and when I go to the dashboard I get this error message:

    Error opening database file (/home/f2fco/wp.f2f.co.il/wp-content/plugins/clickervolt-data/maxmind_dbs/city.mmdb). Is this a valid MaxMind DB file?

    What to do?

    Please note that we only offer support through our official channel at https://help.clickervolt.com – we don’t offer support on www.remarpro.com forums for the following reasons:
