    I keep getting this error when testing the checkout:
    “Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.”

    I checked the logs and this is what I see:

    2019-08-09T13:14:15+00:00 WARNING The value “” is not a valid IP address.
    2019-08-09T13:20:52+00:00 WARNING The value “” is not a valid IP address.
    2019-08-09T13:20:56+00:00 WARNING The value “” is not a valid IP address.

    Hey there @jetrain

    Are you still seeing that error message?

    Can you let me know if you can replicate this on the latest version of WooCommerce and Stripe, please? Are there any other details about that log message? I’m unsure if that is related to the Stripe payment gateway.

    No thanks, I got it resolved a couple of weeks ago.

    how would be nice if you share how u fixed it

    I wish I could help, but it was so long ago I don’t even know what site this was for. FYI I gave up on WooCommerce and now exclusively use Shopify…no headaches!
