    Hello, I had the following error completing cloning:

    Duplicate entry ‘acf_version’ for key ‘option_name’

    In addition, the cloned site appeared broken: and your admin gave error.

    * In a second test I did, the “default clone completed” screen appeared, but the error appeared: Unable to create table ‘mulstisite. # C6d1_1ce3312’ (Term: 121)
    Again the site appeared broken and the admin did not work.

    Please, can you help me”?help

    @neversettle I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials. I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    @jdembowski – thank you for the heads up and our apologies for that. Did not realize that was against the guidelines, but definitely will not ask for any login info on here now that that’s clear. Do you know how long that temporary flagging will last?

    This is not a ban and has no impact on you supporting your users here. If anything it just means more work for the moderators.

    When the moderators see that there’s no problem due to the volume of your replies then they will reevaluate the flag.

    OK, thanks Jan.

    So one thing to clarify – our plugin has a debug mode where it can create logs to assist in troubleshooting issues. These logs do NOT contain personal info like usernames, etc. and do not grant us any kind of access to the user’s site, but they do contain a few things like the list of currently installed plugins that are very relevant to troubleshooting but which are generally not best to share publicly (i.e on this forum). In the past, we’ve asked users to send those logs to us privately on our support portal. Is that still acceptable use according to the guidelines here?
