    Hi there,

    We found issue in plugin ‘class-wc-smart-cod-public.php’ file inside ‘apply_custom_message’ function where fetching ‘$first_element’ from DOM using ‘DOMDocument’.

    On our site we found following fatal error.

    “Error: Uncaught exception ‘Error’ with message ‘Call to a member function item() on null’ in wp-content/plugins/wc-smart-cod/public/class-wc-smart-cod-public.php:268”

    It looks like DOM node not found. Can you add condition to check that node is found in DOM or not? I think this will solve issue.
