I tried both, with and without picture option.
However, with the text only selected I don’t get the error message but the product isn’t appearing on my page.

After diagnosing at your site, we found that the issue is in your Facebook App.
We tried with our Facebook App id and secret and post to our test page and its working perfectly.

Please check your Facebook App settings or create new one.
