Hey rowanwolf,
Error:(#100) is often indicative of attempting to retrieve posts from a Facebook account that:
a) has restrictions of some type in the settings of the Facebook account thereby preventing the data from being returned.
b) The Facebook ID being referenced is incorrect (in this case you may need to look up a the ID if the Group vanity name is not working. You can do that at this site link here and are provided with more information in general on that issue here.
c) the group you are attempting to retrieve posts from requires the use of a USER Access token which more information can be obtained here regarding those.
d) or, possibly some other issue within the settings or account which would require us to review the plugin’s settings for you. Rather than post your personal settings on a public forum I would ask that you submit a request on our support page here and we will be happy to assist further.
