    Hi @aerica8, a cURL error 60 is usually unrelated to Spotlight itself but could prevent it from working correctly.

    The error could be caused by an outdated certificate file within your WordPress installation. The best solution would be to request your host to provide an up-to-date certificate file and replace the WordPress default certificate file. The file has to be replaced at wp-includes/certificates in your WordPress installation.

    Please let me know what your hosting provider has to say and whether that resolves the issue for you or not.

    Hi, thank you for your reply. I contacted the hosting provider, they offered to move the site to a server capable of hosting curl libraries. I’ll wait a couple of days and try to connect again Spotlight to my Instagram.

    Hi Mark, after a couple days it still doesn’t work, I receive the same error message. Do you have any clue?

    Hi @aerica8, unfortunately, this is a server-related issue, not a Spotlight one, so your host is in the best position to help you out with it. Have you reached out to them again to ask what’s going on?
