The dashboard page displays a notification that “An update is available for 1 plugin”, but all updates have been installed.
Whilst this can be dismissed by clicking the X, surely a recheck or a rescan should display the correct results.
    Why is this happening?

    Thanks

    Hi @phonyroyal,

Is wp-admin/update-core.php showing up-to-date for Plugins, Themes and Translations? Does a manually triggered full scan on WordPress > Scan not suppress it either? This is just to ensure a daily quick scan isn’t being run automatically and the reason for the result still appearing.

If it’s still showing after that, we should be able to see that scan result in a site diagnostic and potentially the reason for it. You can send that to?wftest @ wordfence . com?directly from the link at the top of the?Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics?page. Then click on?“Send Report by Email”.?Please?add your forum username?where indicated?and?respond here again after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,
    Peter.

Thanks for the reply Peter. I’ll have to monitor this as further plugin updates are released over the coming days/weeks, as three days after first observing this issue the status is now correct (no updates showing this morning). The daily quick scan appears to run ok, and a full scan has run ok.
    Thanks
