  • You need to double-check what version of WordPress you are running. First try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Esmi is right. Switch to the default theme and see if there are any errors. If not, it is your theme.
