Erro no split de pagamento

    Estou com um problema no split do pagamento Ex. a compra deu valor de R$15,00 e o frete R$20,00 total no pagamento da R$35,00 n?o estou conseguindo separar esses valores. Ex. se cobro taxa de 15% para os vendedores, la no painel do fornecedor aparece que o lucro dessa venda é de R$29,75 como se minha comiss?o fosse de 5,25, quando o correto seria. vendedor receber R$12,75 referente ao valor do produto de 15,00 – R$2,25 representando a taxa da plataforma de 15%. Pois o valor de frete é separado para empresa de logística.

  • They don’t speak Portuguese, the correct thing would be to write the topic in English. A piece of advice, opening a topic asking for help without even starting with a “hi” and ending with a “thank you” (even more so in a free plugin) is seen as bad manners.

    Hi @bracav

    I would like to let you know that by default, Dokan calculates the admin commission based on the product price. For instance, if the product price is $15 and the admin commission is set at 15%, then the vendor’s earnings will be $12.75.

    If the admin has set that the vendor will receive the shipping fees, and the shipping fee is $20, then the vendor’s earnings will be calculated as $12.75 + $20 = $32.75.
