Erro na atualiza??o

Could you try to log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, and delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder, and reinstall the plugin manually as explained here:

You’ll find the Jetpack plugin folder here:

wp-content
   plugins
     jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

If you’re not sure how to do this, you can ask your hosting company for help. They should also have documentation explaining how to edit or remove files from your site using FTP or a File Manager in your admin panel.

Eu estou com o mesmo erro, só que já desinstalei a pasta via ftp mais de mil vezes, e n?o aparece a pasta lá, mas continua dando o erro.

1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

mas eu n?o tenho o jetpack instalado, pois como disse, assim que eu atualizei deu um erro, e ent?o ele n?o apareceu mais na minha dashboard.

sempre que tento instalar continua dizendo que tem uma pasta com o mesmo nome, mas n?o tem!

Existe outra forma de enviar informa??es do site?

Consegui resolver!!! Obrigado pela aten??o, consegui resolver o problema, instalei o pluggin no meu wordpress do localhost e depois mandei a pasta direto para o site via ftp, depois disto ele funcionou!
