    The “security header not valid” error means that the API credentials being used are incorrect.

    You need to double check the values that are entered, and also make sure you don’t have sandbox values in the live fields or vice-verse.

    Please double check those values and let me know if that helps. Again, this error always means that something is wrong with the credentials, so we just need to get to the bottom of that and you’ll be good to go.
