Claro, todos os passos seguidos corretamente com as chaves de integra??o. Tanto que até 15/11 a integra??o estava funcionando.

O Suporte do servidor Hostinger respondeu em rela??o ao erro apresentado pelo Suporte do ERP Bling: Mas o nosso time avisou que n?o deve se preocupar pois é possível que alguém tenha acessado o seu site com um navegador/dispositivo antigo e tenha gerado esse erro que passou. Pois nos navegadores modernos geralmente suportam TLS v1.2 ou superior ent?o acessando de um mais antigo pode gerar tal erro, mas ainda sim, estaria com a SSL certinha

• An error message is displayed on Bling ERP, and it is related to SSL, although your hosting company stated that everything is fine and that SSL is properly configured on your site.

Did you make any changes or install a plugin/theme around the time the REST API stopped working?

1. Your site’s system status – You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.

N?o sei se foi a causa do problema. Mas eu havia contratado uma otimiza??o de performance do site para a empresa Hostinger. Segundo eles só fizeram uma cópia do site e subiram para um amiente de testes, e tal atividade n?o teria impactado nesse problema. Percebi que depois desta tentativa de otimiza??o, surgiu um plugin avan?ado chamado de advanced-cache.php. N?o me recordo de ter esse plugin antes. Ent?o n?o sei ao certo se é isso que está impedindo as requisi??es do Bling.

However, considering your Bling ERP cannot send requests, it may use the WooCommerce Legacy API. To address this, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Legacy API and enable it. Once you’ve done this, please check again to see if the issue has been resolved.

If it still doesn’t work, then your issue is related to this error (I found this error via Jetpack debug tools):

[http_request_failed] cURL error 35: OpenSSL\/1.1.0l: error:1409442E:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert protocol version [-10520]

If Bling ERP is using an older version of TLS, it might be the root of the problem since most modern servers and browsers support TLS v1.2 or higher. You could consider reaching out to Bling ERP support to request a system upgrade to a newer version of the TLS protocol.

Additionally, your hosting provider might be able to offer some insights into the issue, as the error seems to originate from the server end. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with them.

Suporte Bling informou que o TLS 1.2 é utilizado, ent?o descartam problemas relacionados a plataforma ERP BLING.

Tente realizar a integra??o ativando Legacy API, sem sucesso!

Também falei com a equipe Hostinger, responsável pela hospedagem e servidor. Me deram um retorno que diz o seguinte: WP Rocket e Jetpack podem n?o funcionar corretamente com o plugin Litespeed. O cliente precisa escolher WP Rocket e Jetpack ou Litespeed.

Exclui os plugins WP Rocket e Jetpack e tentei novamente a integra??o, também sem sucesso.

Preciso de ajuda.
