erro after upgrade 3.3..

    I get this error while trying to access the dashboard.
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function set_current_screen() in D:\hosting\8685479\html\wp-admin\admin.php on line 142
    I have installed new version manually & now trying to get rid of this error.please help,
