Why am I getting this error after I enter the access key, which I have verified three times!:

Errors:
2022-06-25 11:20:18: Service customization: SERVER_ERROR NO: 6 MSG: Unknown access key.

Please advise

Hello, @stevehale.

I checked your Access key, no errors were spotted.

Please, enable the option “Use WordPress HTTP API”:
? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> category “Miscellaneous” —> enable “Use WordPress HTTP API” —> Save Changes.

Then re-activate the plugin:
? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate again

This does not work and the site already had Use WordPress HTTP API ticked.

The Deactivate, re-activate does not work and the site still has the error.
