The “site not found” error you’re facing indicates that your site may have previously connected, and when trying to communicate to set up the plugin once more, it’s not recognizing your credentials. So we can determine more on this, and ensure you can get the plugin successfully connected, please share the following:
- Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
- At what stage do you encounter this error? If during plugin set up, please share at what stage you land on this error, and the URL of that page (as it may contain a useful callback URL to help us determine the issue).
- Did you at any stage change your wp-admin path or your WordPress files location directory? If so please share details.
Another option may be to modify your site URLs in order to proceed, by removing the www prefix. Alternatively, if we can determine incorrect records on the Site Kit service, we may be able to correct them. Once we have the information above we can troubleshoot further.
