    Hi slrvcom are you saying that the file you are trying to upload is 13MB in size?

    Can you share with us a bit more about the error message you receive?

    Can you also check which firewall rules you have enabled?
    If you have any rules active try disabling the rules and then testing again. If the problem has disappeared it means one of the rules is causing it.
    To find which one try enabling each firewall rule one-by-one and doing a test during each step. If/when you find the rule simply leave that one disabled.
