Erratic directory search results

    Hi Alessandro,
    congratulations on your plugin, it truly fills a gap!
    one thing though: I set up a directory page and whenever I use it to search for a user, it returns a 30+ lines-long listing of the exact same user that I searched for (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/k36epx).
