Errant purchase in WooCommerce plugin store but nowhere to contact support

We recently purchased a WooCommerce plugin from the WooCommerce plugin repository and during the creation of our WordPress.com/WooCommerce account, we used the wrong email address. We can not access the downloads of the products we bought since the email address the activation notice was sent to does not exist. There’s no support or help available on the website. We used the Contact form approximately 8 hours ago but have not heard from anyone regarding this. PLEASE advise how we can accelerate this to the proper support channels to get it rectified.
