Those steps will guide you through checking your site’s configuration and also conflict testing, to see whether another plugin is causing a redirection.

I had the same problem. Critical error too many redirects. It broke all of the product pages. I had to uninstall. I think it’s because we use a caching system?

@jeanlikedenim, cache plugins sometimes use redirects, which means they’re good first targets when performing a conflict test. Talking to your host about any caching that they implement may also help to pinpoint the problem.
