ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

  • WP: 4.9.5 | BuddyPress: 2.9.2 | BuddyDrive: 2.1.1
    When using BuddyPress creating folders and uploading files is working fine but when we click on the file link to open a particular file it’s not being displayed and we get a “This Page is Not Working” with “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”.
    Any ideas as to how to resolve this?

    Can you test this with a default theme and with no other plugins besides BuddyPress and BuddyDrive? Also, please clear your htaccess file and reset permalinks
