Hi, are you running a cache plugin in your site? Can you confirm the download URL ID for all the buttons mentioned in the link above have not changed?

I deactivated chach plugin. nothing has changed. and Confirmed that the download URL id of all buttons mentioned in the above link has not changed.

Hi, I carried out a test in my dev site and the download is working for me. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this in my dev site. There must be something blocking your download in your site.

I restored my site from backup.. everything is fine now.
