    Hello,

    First thanks for your plugin is very useful.

    We have an issue though each time we connect.

    We have to reload the page, and then we can access to the BO.

    Any ideas why?

  • Hi @adskiller

    I recommend that you test the plugin by it self and see if the error is still happens.

    Test:
    1. Disable all plugins and leave my plugin active and see if the issue still happens
    2. Disable your theme and install Twenty Twenty Theme or any other WordPress base theme and see if the issue still happens.

    If my plugin works without the other plugins active we know there is something with the other plugins that is conflicting with my plugin, so you need to active one by one and see which one is conflicting, the same goes with WordPress theme.

    Note: you should test this on staging website.

    Nuno, how do you expect us to fix our websites when we can’t login BECAUSE of your plugin? I haven’t been able to login since December 2020.

    @1writereditor did you read the FAQ? Please read it and you will be able to delete completely my plugin. Next time you have an issue with my plugin for so long please come around and report it ??

    XD Big up america ?? tips: just go to ftp and delete the plugin folder.

    Probably don’t even know what is ftp if you still can’t logging for so long. Might need a someone with more knowledge to handle your website.

    Anyway, thanks Nuno for the advice but already did before opening this ticket.

    Not a big deal I will change the admin url manually. Just want d to know if it was a known issue.
