    Since updating WooCommerce in early January, I cannot edit any pages or products with WooCommerce active. Just trying to get to the edit screen on any page, I get the following error in IE. If I disable WooCommerce, I can edit pages fine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and all plugins and theme files (Avada) are up to date. Super frustrated…spoke at length with hosting provider godaddy too but they maintain it is WooCommerce since when I disable the plugin, everything works fine. I’ve tested all the plugins as well and Woo has been the culprit. I am not a developer either…HELP!! Everything was working fine prior to January…

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Well, I discovered a bit more…it is the theme’s (avada) plugins conflicting with WooCommerce plugin…Disable either and I can edit pages but with both activated, no page or product edits can be done..but obviously both are needed. I’ve reached out to Avada but their support comes in the middle of the night via email….

    Hi @gonsurfn77. Were you able to resolve this issue with the latest version of WooCommerce? Also, make sure that your server meets the recommended requirements and that your memory limit is at least 512MB as I’ve seen that be helpful in some cases.

    To resolve the issue, I had to switch to a new hosting server within the same hosting plan. Once on a a new server, issue went away….
