    @buckneri,

    Thanks for starting this thread. To clarify a few things:

    • Just to be sure I understand, what will not load? The Appearance > Widgets page? The entire admin? The admin and the front end site?
    • Do you know if this issue began in 2.0.0 or did it only start in 2.0.1?

    Please try disabling all other plugins and using a default theme (Twenty _____). If that resolves the issue, then we know we have a theme or plugin conflict.

    Looking forward to getting this figured out!

    The whole site. when enabled the server throws the error and the whole front end of the site doesn’t load just a white page with that error in the browser.

    to be clear it is a browser based error not a php server response, its the browser saying that nothing came back so it might read different in other browsers, i am using chrome currently.

    The issue started after the recent wordpress core update, so i do not know if it exists in earlier versions of the plugin.

    ill have a little time later tonight to test some things so ill give you more info after.

    They server admin changed from suphp over to DSO which caused file ownership problems and is crashing the server. not your plugins fault, just happens to be one of the plugins trying to access images without permission now. Solved for me.

    Thanks for the update, @buckneri. So do I understand correctly that you’re able to use both your site and plugin? If so, that’s great news. I’m glad you were able to figure it out!

    If everything is working as desired, please mark this issue as resolved. If not, let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.

    I cant use either, but its not an issue with the plugin its the server being set to DSO.
