ERP not syncing with Woocommerce

    Hi.
    Perhaps someone can help me with this. The erp (DEAR systems says the following

    This may be due to the Woo server raising an internal error in an attempt to call API. We would advise you to contact Woo support and involve Woo admin to inspect error logs.

    I am novice, any help would be appreciated.

    Hey there!

    We would not have access to your server logs on our end (we don’t host your site).

    I would recommend contacting your hosting company, or the developer that works on your site, as they would have those.
