Eror 403: Can’t upload profile pic / manage account on Mobile

    Hi, suport team. Thank you for the great Plugin. I have an issue when the user upload or change personal information on “Manage account” page on mobile phone. When the user edited the account information it sent the user to error 403 page. Everything went fine on Computer but the error 403 appeared just on Mobile only. (I tested on my iPhone12)

    Could you please guide me to fix this issue?

    I went ahead and checked this through browserstack.com, a premium iPhone emulator, while using the same device you mentioned(iPhone12) and Safari browser but it seems that I was not able to replicate the issue that you described, here’s a screenshot of the profile updated successfully after editing it – https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uAB2Kv

    Throwing a 403 forbidden error is your website’s way of stating that you don’t have enough permissions to proceed further. Could there be any plugin installed within your site that changes the permission in relation to mobile devices?

    Thank you for the reply. I’ve just contacted my hosting and they said it was an issue from Cloudflare firewall. They already fixed the issue for me. Then the issue was solved now. ??
