Eroor message by Types

    I do not know what is going wrong but types causes a significant failure of my website annualreporting.info. THIS IS THE MESSAGE

    Notice: get_settings is deprecated since version 2.1! Use get_option() instead. in /customers/4/b/5/annualreporting.info/httpd.www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2841

    I have had this error also with a functions.php file in wp-content/plugins/types/embedded/functions.php, I changed it but could nor retest it, I could not login on my site. After having the host disable all plugins everything was OK (at least I could plug in again) until I tried to activate Types, then the above mentioned error appeared but I cannot find get_settings in the functions.php file mentioned above in the message

    Please help my website is down etc etc

  • Hi Henk,
    there are no calls to get_settings() in Types.
    Only get_option().

    If you have a chance, can you tell what you changed to fix this error?
