ERE Interface

As mentioned I am using the Essential Real Estate Plugin (ERE) with the CosmosWP theme (CWP) to build an Online Property Trading Platform.

I am not a programmer and don’t have any experience with CSS coding, apart from adding suggested CSS code into Customising Fields or entering/editing suggested changes in the Plugin Editor on the Dashboard, although that is evidently not safe or practical and does not work on my system.

My requirements and questions are as follows:

1. I need to add a custom Contact Box at the bottom of the single-
property.php. page

b. The contact form must take that specific property-url with it to a new
page where a detailed customised form needs to be filled in and mailed
to the website mail address.

2. I need to change some of the Property Search Location Field Names and add
one.
a. Currently it is Country, State, City and Neighbourhood.
b. In South Africa it needs to be Country, Province, Area, City and
Suburb.
c. If it is difficult to add a field I then would just like to change the
description of the fields to be Province, Area, City and Suburb.

3. I need to take a chosen property thumbnail as in search result and take
it to a new page where I can set up a bidding box next to it which will
remain as a new attached record of the property with updates of bidding.

4. I need to change the description of some of the Agent and Agency fields
and to add a few more.

5. The Advanced Property Search does not Auto fill the predefined other
fields.
a. In other words if I set up a neighbourhood to belong to a city a state
and a country and I enter the neighbourhood from the dropbox it does not
auto fill the related fields.

I am not sure which of the above can be done with the Plugin or with the Theme and how to achieve this.

ERE is in the process of launching the following product, which if I understand correctly should make mapping of the ERE fields and customising them or interfacing them with a Theme like CWP easier.

Am I understanding this correctly and how would I use it?
